Bio

She is an Assistant Professor of Law at Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, and a Gold Medallist in Technology and Law specialisation. She is pursuing her Ph.D. from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata. Her work bridges law, technology, and policy, with a focus on the legal nature of data, AI governance, and digital rights. She has trained law enforcement and armed forces on cybercrime and digital laws and frequently writes and speaks on how emerging technologies are reshaping legal frameworks. She has also previously worked in a law firm and a multinational. She qualified UGC NET JRF in 2022.
