• He joined the university before its formal inauguration.   He has vast experience in HR, administration, liaising with Government, NGOs, and public/private sectors. He has also visited abroad.   He has also experience of working in various departments like as a Head of the Campus & Maintenance Division,  moreover, library, examination, Coordinator of the academic block, HR, University’s official guest houses, store etc
  

• He aims to introduce new methods of administration and establish Research & Development (R&D) based University ( policy & practices)
