Job Profile
- HR Related Work: Advertisement, Recruitment, Joining, Appointment letter and separation formalities for upcoming staff.
- BCI, UGC and NAAC related work as and when required.
- To attend meeting with the Director on daily basis and to follow up of the action and delegation of work.
- To take a notes of the meeting(s) of the GC, EC, FC, AC and IQAC.
- Assistance to various committee for organizing conferences/seminar/workshops etc. .
- prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
- To assist Director and Registrar in routine administrative matters.
- Coordination with internal departments and external officials as well as organisations.
- Liaising with relevant organisations, committees, visitors, government departments and officials.
- Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
- Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff.
- To maintain records for Director office i.e., GC,EC,FC,EC, Outward and Inward Correspondence etc.
- To update latest information of the GC,EC,FC,AC (Statutory bodies) memberships on GNLU website time to time.
- To discharge the duties of PIO.
Administrative or Other Experience
- Started career at Blind School Gandhinagar as a Clerk from June 2001 to December 2002 (18 Months.)
- Micromec Surgical Corporation as Clerk cum store assistant from 1st January 2005 to 7 February 2005. (1 Month approx.)
- Lloyds Register as a Computer Operator in Leave Vacancy for 2 Months.
- Joined GUJARAT NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY-Gandhinagar since 27 June 2005 to till date. Initially Joined as Officer Clerk and provided Special Assistant to Director in the year 2007-2008. In 2009 as Administrative Assistant and in 2011 I got an opportunity to work as Secretary to Director. In the year 2017, I was given charge of Assistant Registrar In-Charge.
